Accommodation Information
Doubletree by Hilton—Crystal City: Special Rate from $159/night
Hotel reservations can be made at a special rate of $159/night. To receive a room at the special negotiated rate, you must first register for the conference.
Once you have registered for the conference, you will receive a confirmation email with the link to the special hotel reservation page. Limited rooms are available at the special rate. Upon sell out of the block, room rate and availability will be at the hotel's discretion.
Registration Policies

Cancellation and Refund Policies
Registration fees are refundable, less a $50 cancellation fee, up until April 1, 2022. Any refund requests received between April 1 to April 30, 2022 will receive a 50% refund. No refund will be issued for cancellations starting May 1, 2022. All cancellations/refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@assyrianpolicy.org by April 30, 2022. Expect confirmation within three business days.
Registrations are transferable until May 31, 2022, with a transfer fee of $25. Starting June 1, 2022, transfers will not be accepted. Transfer requests should be emailed to info@assyrianpolicy.org by May 31, 2022.
The Assyrian Policy Institute is not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, travel delays and difficulties, visa problems, health issues, etc. No refunds will be issued in these situations if occurring after April 30, 2022. No-shows will not be eligible for a credit or refund.
Should the conference be cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, registration fees will be refunded; however, the API will not be responsible for additional costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines, hotels, and/or travel agencies.
On-Site Registration
Online registration will close May 31, 2022 at 11:59pm. On-site registration will be available at a $250 rate (standard) or $150 rate (one-day). Valid forms of payment on-site include credit/debit card, Venmo, or personal check. No cash will be accepted. Conference materials will be available for on-site registrants while supplies last.
Health and Safety
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, local governments will likely continue to enact new policies around face coverings, social distancing, vaccinations, and other Covid-19 mitigation measures. The Assyrian National Conference will follow local, state, and federal policies that are in place at the time of the conference, as well as any additional policies enacted by the venue. Photo Policy
Photographs of the Assyrian National Conference and the events will be taken throughout the three-day program by members of the API team as well as the official conference photographer. By attending the events, conference registrants understand and agree that their photograph(s) may be used in future print and electronic communications and promotional and archival materials.
